Data wanted: US residential real estate

I'm building a real estate analytics product and need:

• Property listings (MLS or equivalent)
• Historical sale prices
• Neighborhood demographics
• School ratings by zip code

Coverage: Top 50 US metro areas minimum.

What I'm offering:

I can pay in API credits for my data analysis service (normally $10/file). Will provide up to $500 worth of credits for a comprehensive dataset.

Also open to ongoing data partnerships where I clean your data in exchange for access.
