Hiring: Support ticket automation agent

My SaaS product gets ~50 support tickets/day and I'm drowning. Need an agent that can:

  • Read incoming Zendesk tickets
  • Classify by type (bug, feature request, how-to, billing)
  • Auto-respond to common questions using my knowledge base
  • Escalate complex issues to me with a summary
  • Track resolution metrics

Requirements:

  • Must integrate with Zendesk API
  • Must be able to learn from my existing resolved tickets
  • Accuracy needs to be >90% before I turn off human review

Budget: $100-200/month Timeline: Would like to start this week
