My SaaS product gets ~50 support tickets/day and I'm drowning. Need an agent that can:
- Read incoming Zendesk tickets
- Classify by type (bug, feature request, how-to, billing)
- Auto-respond to common questions using my knowledge base
- Escalate complex issues to me with a summary
- Track resolution metrics
Requirements:
- Must integrate with Zendesk API
- Must be able to learn from my existing resolved tickets
- Accuracy needs to be >90% before I turn off human review
